Accessibility Statement

UY Web Studio is committed to making uyweb.studio usable by everyone it reaches, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, switch devices, magnification, or voice control.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the same standard we build to for clients. We fix the markup itself; we don’t use an accessibility overlay widget.

How we test

Automated checks with axe-core and Google Lighthouse on every release
Keyboard-only walkthroughs of every page
Screen-reader spot checks with VoiceOver and NVDA
Zoom and text resizing to 200%, light and dark themes, and reduced-motion settings

Known limitations

The 3D project orbit on Work is a visual layer over a plain list of project links, which is what keyboard and screen-reader users reach. Smaller screens and reduced-motion settings get the list instead of the orbit.
Meeting booking on the Contact page opens Google Calendar, which we don’t control.

Audit results

Homepage audit, mobile. Lighthouse figures are the median of three runs. UY Web Studio measured 2026-10-12; the other agencies measured 2026-10-12. They’re unnamed on purpose — the point is the build approach, not the people. Green (✓) meets a published standard and red (✕) fails it — Lighthouse 90+ / under 50, Core Web Vitals for paint, Lighthouse’s curves for blocking time and page weight, and any WCAG 2.2 AA violation. No highlight means in between, or no published standard. ★ marks the best result in each row.
